Our aim is to provide customers with nothing but quality product(s). If there is a fault with the product(s) you have received or they do not match what they look like in the photos advertised you can either request for an exchange or store credit. Please note that exchanges/store credit will not be made for “change-of-mind”.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), you have 7 days to return it in the original packaging for an exchange or store credit. It can take up to 14+ days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange or store credit within 72 hours.
When we receive the product(s), we will refund the value of the item(s) but not the freight for the item to and from. Note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you securely pack the product(s) and return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
All packages must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. The packaging and item must not be damaged in any way. Otherwise, an exchange/store credit may be refused.
RETURNING THE PRODUCT
Please send us an email with your order number, details used during the purchase as well as attaching a photo of the fault(s) on the product(s). When you have sent off your item(s), please provide a tracking number in the same email/email thread.
When you return the product(s) it is very important to include your invoice, state the order number, detailed description of the problem, as well as your name, email and billing address on the RETURNS CARD. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund.
